Rejected appeal - a normal viewing point marker with no significance?

I submitted a viewing point marker in my local forest. It got rejected for "Other Rejecton Criteria", "Irrelevant title or description" and "Not visually unique". I decided to make an appeal and to my surprise Niantic rejected it for being "a normal viewing point marker with no significance". What type of trail/viewing point markers are special? There are around 16 viewing points in my city, each of them is designed to show a different part of the city. In my opinion these markers are important because they lead to them and promote exploration. I feel sad about this because these are interesting places worth visiting.

Is it a marker on a Viewing Point Trail or a This Way to Viewing Point sign?
It's a viewing point marker on a path that is nearby. It says "Viewing point no. III" and underneath there is a name of the project for which it was made. There's not "special name" of the viewing point on this marker because more details are provided on the board on the actual viewing point (Name of the view, description etc.).
X - Marker
Blue line - Part of the path to the viewing point but it's not marked on Google Maps
