Rejection Criteria Doesn't Make Sense

I created a Wayspot nomination not too long ago which I believe fits the criterias of a Wayspot as it is a newly built "underground" skatepark in a renowned shopping mall in my city. The nomination was rejected so I submitted an appeal, but that too was rejected on grounds that it could not be identified on the location. However, if you pay attention to the address listed in Google Maps that I pinned, it clearly says "skate park" in the very address, so unless skate parks are not suitable Wayspots I do not understand why it wasn't accepted. Genuinely would like some understanding for why this was either overlooked, or outright rejected.
