"Accurate and High Quality" is now "Accuracy" with a tooltip

Previously, a 👍🏻/👎🏻 section that can end a nomination review was titled "Accurate and High Quality." The "and High Quality" confused many reviewers as they chose to incorrectly reject nominations where they felt the candidate itself was low quality. Now, it simply states "Accuracy" with a tooltip text as follows:

Evaluate the title, description, photo, and location.

The submission IS accurate and informative if:

  1. Title and/or description - is the official title, if known. If no ‘official’ title, then a title that distinguishes it from other nearby Wayspots. Is the description a realistic, accurate, or informative written representation of the object or placemarker.
  2. Photo - is of the actual permanent physical, tangible, identifiable object or placemarker for an area. It is well composed - the Wayspot or placemarker is centered without too much foreground or background, or objects passing by in front.   3. Location - looks correct on the map.

The submission is NOT accurate or informative if:

  1. Photo - includes one or more of emojis, tags, or personally identifiable information such as codenames, personal names or initials, or addresses; copyrighted material or watermarks, including screenshots of someone else's photo; is obviously doctored; includes people, body parts, or live animals as the subject matter; is blurry, over/under exposed, taken inside a car, contains a watermark, or is improperly oriented.
  2. Title and/or description - seems copied and pasted from other sources, includes emojis, tags, or personally identifiable information such as codenames, Niantic game specific information, personal names or initials, address, HTML, URLs, or text unrelated to the Wayspot or placemarker.
  3. Location - looks inaccurate on the map.
  4. Or anything that violates Niantic’s Terms of Service.
