Additional information: They inexplicably had a legitimate portal removed, better than many benches I find around Italy. It is a valid meeting point for archers. Moreover, the portal had several links and active fields.

Maybe because it’s an archery range which could be considered adult-themed or unsafe for Niantic game players.

Same one-way game. The opposing faction can afford to have portals with links and fields deleted just because it's inconvenient for them to take down, because poor things, they have to walk...
