You don't submit wayspots on this forum. You submit them through Pokémon Go or Ingress. If you've submitted it and it got rejected, you need to go to the wayfarer website and use the appeal button:
You get to appeal one nomination and then you have a 30 day wait until you can appeal another nomination, so if the button isn't there, it's likely because it hasn't yet been 30 days since you last used it.
If you show us the nomination we can help you improve it. What criteria are you nominating it under? Explore, exercise, or socialize? Or more than one?
