updating of an old wayspot, what went wrong?

Additional information: This is an outdated spot. They moved the bell over five years ago
A house has been built there in the last two years. I have updated the name, location, and photo, but it was denied. I don't think the homeowners will want people walking through their yard looking for a moved bell. The restaurant is a viable place to move the waystop to. first time doing this and I don't know what went wrong. 🧐

Seems you should report the old wayspot as gone….and it is right in the middle of someone’s house, so it definitely needs to be removed.
Then, if you think the restaurant would be eligible, nominate it.
