PGO: Can we request to demote gyms that are continuously controlled by bots?

My town has a serious bot problem. For example, the parties in the vast majority of local raids I join look like the image below, and that is only a small portion of the bots that are in my area.
The gyms only serve as a coin farm for the cheaters, because they will instantly retake any defeated gym within 5-20 minutes. Reporting each and every offending account many, many times this year has unfortunately never yielded any results.
I'm hoping that by demoting the gyms, the bots will be moved to a different town and no longer be assigned to my area if the wayspots are ever re-promoted in the future.

Then report those accounts to Pokemon GO support. Although we know that Niantic will do little to none against multiaccounters.
One more, your request has nothing to do with Wayfarer.

Although it may appear as though this is to do with wayfarer, it is a Pokémon Go decision as to what wayspots are chosen and which become gyms.
You need to use in the ingame reporting features to report any issues you are having, though I fear it will be an uphill task.
Wayfare has no control over which Wayspots get used as Pokestops or gyms. Your best hope is to contact Pokemon GO support, but they are unlikely to change the status of a Wayspot unless the verified property owner contacts them.
