Waypoint Name Cottonwood stone monument

Reason for removal request - This is a fence that is part of the community sign.

Comments - As seen in the image above, the "Stone Monument" on the right side of the image is just an extension of the community entrance sign (seen left and is also a waypoint). Given this is an extension of a waypoint already in game, and is nothing more than a fence, this wayspot should be removed.
