The Basketball Court is part of the Boys and Girls Club facility. It is enclosed in a locked fenced area and is not open to the public. Since this is on property for a facility exclusively for 6-17 year olds with after-school care and activities, the pokestop should be treated as invalid, as it would with any school and minor age children's property.
