Is this worth fixing up ?

I’ve nominated an old school truck inside a restaurant 3 times now and it keeps getting rejected for being being seasonal, no safe access, generic business and the last one for third party photo?
literally down the street there is a point of interest named after a Huge Milk company called “ Holsteins Candian Cows” and it’s the cows sitting out front.. I don’t get how that is more visually appealing then a Truck installed into a Ceiling especially when the nomination itself is focused on the Old school truck and not the restaurant.
Is this worth trying to fix up and nominate again?

Its unique and I like it so I would probably rate it highly. Out of interest why havent you just submitted the bar with a description that includes the truck as a notable unique decoration?
I mentioned the bar in my first one and it got flagged for generic so I figured to try and leave the BBQ and bar out of the Info so it wouldn’t get denied for being inside a chain Restaurant but it’s been flagged as one every time.
i looked into it and only about 15/20 of the restaurants have trucks in the ceilings but all of them are different styles of old school trucks so it’s not a mass produced item in every store it’s unique.
I wasn’t sure if I included the google link to all the different types if it would help my case
I would pass this. I think its reviewers not understanding this unique feature fits criteria. I might add something like "this is not a submission for the business, but as art and a notable and unique feature. It's a one of a kind art installation that has been here 15 years" I don't think submitting the bar itself would be easier.
I think you're getting unlucky with reviewers. You can mention that art inside businesses are allowed to be submitted and should be rated on their own merit, separate from the business .
It's definitely unique and it's a one-of-a-kind art installation. Such a shame it's not getting through the reviewing process. Are there any 360 images of the inside of the building that can be used to evidence it, or a company website?
The company site doesn’t show the insides of the restaurants sadly but google has reviews of people 5 staring different locations for the unique appeal the Trucks have. They range from different styles and years. I can try an inside photosphere but I’m not sure how to attach it to a nomination. I’ve never needed one to get a nomination approved this is the only one ive had problems with being rejected out of the 25 I’ve gotten through including duplicates as I didn’t play ingress until last month.
I didn’t wanna be to pushy with reviewers leading them into which criteria it falls under because I’ve seen some people flag others for abuse over being to demanding or pushy in their supporting info. I generally don’t nominate things I know won’t get into the game but I can’t let this one go for some reason it seems like such a valid poi especially when I’ve seen Other Chain restaurants get elk sculptures or deer ones accepted.
Yes I agree it's a fine line toward telling people how to vote. Saying "art in bars is allowed so you should vote highly" is obnoxious and leading reviewers. I just know in the past I've had to mention things like this and it seemed to help. For me its usually been the PRP rules. I think I wrote "This is a multi family apartment complex and not considered PRP per Niantic". It's a delicate balance between just offering why you think its acceptable and TELLING people how to vote.
To rephrase better, for this I might say "Art within businesses should be rated separate from the business itself". You aren't telling people to vote positively or negatively, just offering general information on what you're submitting it as. But I do agree its tricky and might backfire. I just know I've HAD to do this to get some things through after several rejections.
I like it.
Awesome nomination. Make sure it has an up-to-date photosphere.
This is the way. We shall educate people on proper guidelines and clear their misunderstanding
