I saw one today where they did a ceramic mask on one wall of a restaurant and now trying to get a ceramic Moon on the opposite wall. in the same room. I was surprised that the first one was approved as it is not permanent nor is it something special. Because my Aunt has the same in her kitchen.

This is not even a particularly densely covered area looking at the portals on the intel map.
