Duplicate stop

While reviewing a stop out side of Murfreesboro TN. I was checking to insure that it was not a duplicate request. When I noticed that two stops where already duplicated. At this location 35°52'48"N 86°26'04"W. As seen in this photo. I am not sure how to report it. The two stops referring to the one location.
