Tengo dos meses esperando un wayspot que fue aprobado el año pasado y aún no sale.
Me molesta por que ya son muchos días y aún nada.

Unfortunately not all approved wayspots will become pokestops. Pokémon uses inclusion rules based on a cell system which is like a grid of squares. Only one pokestop per cell.

Although the impression you are given when you submit something is that you are submitting to be a pokestop the reality is that you are submitting something with the potential to be a pokestop.
Once your nomination is approved, it is a wayspot in the Lightship database - this holds all approved wayspots and is separate from all Niantic games.
That is the end point of wayfarer, and what happens next is not related to wayfarer.

Each game sets its own rules as to what it will take from the database to use in that particular game.
For Pokémon Go the rules revolve around the use of some mapping software commonly referred to as S2 cells.

The key is that in PoGo it only accepts 1 wayspot in each Level 17 cell, so if there is already a pokestop or gym in the game in that cell, yours will not be selected to enter Pokémon Go.
This what has happened in your case
I have picked out Cancha La Canada which i presume is a pokestop or gym. As you can see it is in the same Level 17 cell (green lines) as your wayspot so it blocks yours from being used.
It is disappointing and frustrating when this happens but there is nothing that can be done about this. Do read the information about the cells so you are aware for the future.
Como te explicaron en el comentario anterior la parada no va a salir nunca porque está en una celda ocupada, debes tener en cuenta que al proponer un punto de interés no necesariamente va a salir en alguno de los juegos de niantic debido a las reglas de cada uno.
