Did private property definition change?
I have a solid nomination that is a historic building which is an apartment condo building with 8 units that keeps getting rejected for private property and Wayfarer always said private property was only single family homes. What am I missing?

If it looks like a house, that will be a roadblock for you.
If the place has a sign, try submitting with that for the photo.
The definition hasn't changed. Whoever - or whatever - is conducting the review is in error.
Either they/it cannot tell the difference (which might require a different photo or description), or the reviewers are just wrong.
I am posting link to the buildings facebook page which lists units for rent as well as the redfin page in the supporting info also had niantic appeal reject it as well.
It does look like a old mansion but I have enough supporting info that reviewers obviously aren't looking at
Can you please show how the apartment condo building look like?
The outside?
But again in my supporting info I link these

Are there any communal facilities on the property? A pool? Garden? Gym?
A picture of one of those may be easier to pass than a picture of the house itself.
No it's all just apartment/condo units inside
Unfortunately, some just don't look at the supporting info, even if you include links that note it's now an apartment building and no longer a single family home. Same with the appeals team; they see what looks like a single family home and go straight to private property.
Looking up this property on Google Street View, which is from May 2023, I'm not seeing any signage noting it's an apartment building; same with the photos on Facebook and Redfin. Satellite view does appear to show a few cars parked in the back, but that won't necessarily help.
Google Maps also doesn't have this location listed as the Lovett House, and that it's a historical building or apartment building. Getting that added to Google Maps may help, but no guarantee with that.
It's a hard sell, especially with no signage, but even doing a Google search shows that it's an apartment in a former historic home of a local doctor.
