Should I snitch a friend?

Yesterday I was exchanging gifts in Pokemon Go, and one of my friends sent me a package from a stop or gym that was a mosaic tile. As we all know this is strictly forbidden. What do you think, should I report this POI?

Mosiac tiles are art and acceptable criteria ,why would you report this?
It is not strictly forbidden.
Niantic being Niantic has never clarified anything except that they might remove them if they are reported in the Netherlands.
Anyway, why would you like to report it?
You gain nothing by reporting. There aren’t any points for reporting and Niantic won’t thank you. And anyway, mosaic tiles are art and are acceptable.
Also, unless something falls underneath the criteria for removal, Niantic isn’t likely to do anything about it anyway.
Don’t bother.
If you know it is a fake, as a lot of Wayspots of mosaic tiles in NL were, then report it.
Was? By that I assume you mean it no longer is a mosaic tile?

Seems like an independent issue. If you believe it is a fake nomination, sure you would be in your right to report it.
