Pokestop and Gym nominated by me, locations changed, making them inaccessible by foot

The above photo shows the original location of the newly upgraded gym (which was a pokestop before), it was easily accessible to the people from the side of the road with pedestrian way, also is the pokestop whose location was changed and it was then added to pokemon go without any prior information, (i nominated all these stops myself to consider access to pedestrians),the side my avatar is on, is the only safe way to can access these stops from, the road on the right side of the gym (where the campfire and daily incense icons are) is a closed off road due to construction, along with the road behind the avatar which is closest to the gym), the road i am on, is the only place you can access from where this stop and gym can be accessible (the stop whose location was changed can't be accessed when it was placed into the game till now), below will be a picture of where they have been updated them to
now the gyms have become inaccessible to anyone that comes from the side where my avatar is, and is only accessible if you come from the roadside where you practically cannot walk, because it is a main road, with lots of cars and construction vehicles coming throughout the day, and is also unsafe to go to, due to private properties there

hello, fellow forums user, as you can probably see i am very new to forums, it has been seen worldwide, that people adjust stops and gyms, by a few metres to adjust to the rules set by niantic, like there being pedestrian access for everyone, and as shown by youtube guide videos, i did the same, and if you had actually read the paragraph i had written, you would have noticed that is now completely inaccessible by foot, unless you wanna go through the road, where construction vehicles and cars go around all day.
