Should I submit a removal request?

there is this incredibly bad wayspot called the tree of cheese stick that is a real tree outside of a cheese stick restaurant. I know that trees are natural features and should not be accepted but is it one of those things where you should not accept it but if it is already there it is fine? I don’t want to try and remove too many wayspots because I don’t want to get banned and plus it doesn’t really feel good to remove a waypoint that should not be removed. Tell me your thoughts.

Maybe just tell yourself it's a mini-plaza?
It would be hard to get removed, even \with an appeal. A title edit may be a better way to go, especially since there appears to be space to sit and socialize, which is the main reason I say it would be hard to get removed.
It’s a seating area to gather and socialise. Maybe the person who submitted it went for an imaginative title and description (a very imaginative one lol). But all you saw was a tree?? Why?
Yes a tittle edit would be a good way to go. Any ideas? P.S. there is no sitting area just tree😉
You can sit on this surrounding wall. It might be used as a gathering place to eat food etc. But I not from this area. Don’t see anything wrong with it except maybe the title could perhaps indicate it’s a place to socialise. Or perhaps it’s known locally as The Tree of Cheese Stake and is a meeting place for people.
No this is a good way spot.
Though it might not be used for socialisation it certainly visually invokes a group sitting circle with a tree in the middle.
The title is quirky and might need adjusting ... But it's not a wayspot I would remove.

its difficult to be certain whether or not this should have been approved as it looks like it happened a few years ago, the text could have been amended and who knows what the supplementary text said.
I agree this looks like a seating area, which would make it a good gathering spot.
So think about edit of title and description.
Also if the first one wasn’t enough here is another one with an imaginative tittle and description.
