Private single family residential property

Hello

i just want to ask, if this private single family residential property rejection on appeal is correct. The sculpture hangs directly on the traffic-calmed street and you don't have to enter private property to see it.

Should i try it again or is there no hope ?

It is placed on what looks like Single Residence Private Property though. Whether you have to enter it to access it is not the issue, if the Wayspot is on any part of it, then it falls under the rejection.

These locations are not appropriate: 

1. Private property - A single family private residential property (even if historical), farmland, etc.
