Wayspot nomination accepted but not showing

Hi everyone,
As the title says my wayspot was accepted in december still but doesn't show up neither in game nor in ingress intel map.
It is in a cell where not other wayspot exists. Here are the screens. It should be on the blue circle.
GPS : 50°26'11.0"N 4°17'48.3"E
Can i have the help of admin to debug this plz ?

You probably think it’s in a free cell but the other wayspot doesn’t show up in iitc because it’s too close to be another portal. Bottom line, it’s not in a free cell.
Your nomination (red icon) is within the same level 17 S2 Cell and within 20 metres of "Otages de 1940-1945" (blue icon).
