When nominating a waypoint in the wayfair map what username will be shown on the waypoint. Pokémon go , ingress or something else or none.

None. You only see a name attributed if the Wayspot was submitted through the game you're viewing it in. You can turn this functionality off for Pokémon Go if you wish to submit anonymously, but you can't currently disable it for Ingress.
That being said, if you submit through the wayfarer app when you're not meant to be doing so, there's a strong chance the wayspot won't show up in any game, even if it would otherwise meet the proximity requirements, so you should definitely not submit through the wayfarer app.

You really don't want to submit through that app as it's for Lightship developer use.
The app is not meant for you to use. They announced with the last AMA that they will be sunsetting the app in the near future.
