Since this is a ban from Pokemon Go and not Wayfarer, it's best to contact them via the online forum for a ban appeal. Requesting help via the app is kind of hit or miss, so always best to use the regular online help than in-app help. Here's the link with info on submitting a PoGo ban appeal and link to the ban appeal forum:
It gets to be hilarious, when the way to request help is through the App that doesn't allow you to log in due to an alert message...
From the Map View, open the Main Menu (poke ball)
At the top right, tap Settings
Tap on Help in the top right corner to access the help center.
On iOS, tap Contact Us in the upper right corner. On Android, tap this button (poke ball).
If you read the topic at the beginning you will see that the first contact was made through the “contact form” where the only responses received were copies of texts from a Support Script, sent by a Bot.
Moving forward in the comments, a Niantic representative categorically states that “after an in-depth analysis the punishment would be maintained”, but this same representative apologizes immediately afterwards for having made a mistake, and showing us that the “in-depth analysis” is actually not so precise, and that even real attendants (people) only send ready-made messages from a standard script.
As for closing the subject, I agree, but here is a record of the disorganization and lack of respect that the company has for its customers.
You have been given all the info on how to contact PoGo, as well as that the Wayfarer forums are for Wayfarer discussions only. We can no longer assist you.
@NianticAaron Can you please close this discussion as it is PoGo related? Thanks!

The thread noting to only have Wayfarer related threads here
just notes to use
for any issues. There are the Pokémon Community forums or contacting @NianticHelp on Twitter/X as other possible avenues too
