Foundation stone is very good wayspot according to the guidelines. Here is the image that I have submitted for foundation stone
But this wayspot is rejected.

We need to see your entire nomination in order to answer that.
At first glance, that nomination appears to show some promise, but can you please translate (at least partially) the text on the stone as well? Foundation stones are a subjective area and need to have some level of significance, but without the full nomination and knowing what is on the stone, it is difficult to make a judgment over whether it should be approved or how to approve it.
This foundation stone is for water and sewage installation in this area. The text written on this stone is in punjabi language.
Only relevant criteria I can find is:
Building foundation stones - Eligible, if they demonstrate historical value.
@RudarDaman18-PGO Can you translate the text? If it commemorates the building of something significant for the local community, it should be a fine POI.
What were the rejection reasons?
Also,it's really hard to tell from the picture if it hs safe pedestrian access.

@Jeroenix-ING The text written on this stone is regarding the water and sewage installation in this area in April, 2010 by CM of Punjab.

With the information given, it doesn't sound eligible. It sounds like it's just saying this is a water and sewage system installed in 2010. Is there something I'm missing? Was it some sort of new type of water system that had never been used there before? Does it educate people about how it works or the value of it?
If there isn't something educational/historical about it, I don't feel it meets any criteria.
@Sugarstarzkill-PGO This stone has a historical value as before the construction of this stone the condition of this area is very bad. So this stone is very important to community living in this area.
Ok well you need to convey that in your nomination then, as I would have no way to know that as a reviewer if I was going solely off what was in the screenshots you have shared.
