Niantic please do consider in changing some rules like visiting shrines (shrines are good pokestops even the private building is behind it mainly the shrine is on the platform ) Please consider my suggestion and guys please take it to Niantic. The reviewers can reject if its inside the home

@VariableVector-ING If that were allowed, you would suddenly see a surge of "shrines" on private homes from people wanting a home portal/stop/inn/whatever.

Also, even if it's on public space, the residents of a house would not appreciate large mobs of people right in front of their house doing raids. That's why there was a court settlement in which Niantic has promised to take extra care with POI's within 40 meters of private houses.

In short: don't get your hopes up for this suggestion to be implemented.

@Jeroenix-ING Here in the place we are not going inside the private property there are lot of people standing on road and move on. There may be not good nominated area in some places but the temple and shrines are the best ones. This is why people in India don't get good spawns there are lot of members out there who play the game and not even have single poke stops or gyms their hope is only shrine like this. In My place is spiritual place where temples and shrines are there I can nominate only that, these are common to all ok. If You are saying like this ("there was a court settlement in which Niantic has promised to take extra care with POI's within 40 meters of private houses") if temples and church is a valid POI then this should be too.

in short- I enjoy game and help others. I know don't worry i know there are some members i will reach out

Churches and temples are not private residential property.

If Niantic allows this one thing, it will likely start a slippery s.l.o.p.e of more and more types of POIs being allowed on PRP. Then Niantic is right back to where they started.

Could people install these shrines somewhere that is not PRP? Can people talk to your local city government and get permission to do well painted murals on public property? That is more what I would focus on.
