Duplicate pokestop nominations

In rural communities or when 4G is not at 4-5 bars, nominating a pokestop location will create the same nomination twice in Wayfarer. This also takes multiple nomination from the account. A player can only nominate 3, rather than 7 in a 14 day period. This has happened numerous times to players, including me, in our smaller community.
