All the improvements I make to my nomination (in queue) aren't saved. I can still edit it but after a few minutes old version comes back. It's been like that for 20 days now. I keep trying daily but without any results.

No, I can't try now when you moved my nomination to Niantic Voting. Kind of disappointing as it lacks both description and supporting statement because I have been unable to apply them due to the bug I reported.
The nomination went into voting on its own. I can remove the nomination from the queues if you want to resubmit.
