Photos to support your claim:
Pictures 1 & 2: current location, with 2 showing the exact coordinates at streetview level. Quite obviously wrong, the current wayspot is basically set on a road.
Pictures 3 & 4: suggested location
Additional information: May I add that, in my town, most wayspots are wrong and I've been working hard to get them in their real life locations, the waystop close, "Piazza Sammichele di Bari", now at its real world location, used to be at least 20m off before, also used to be placed right in the middle of the road where the google car passed. At the same time, I would like to point out that I only learned about this Wayspot when trying to create a Pokèstop for it in Pokèmon GO, where it would get refused as it existed already. I just made an Ingress account in order to check its location via the Ingress Intel map. Please, also, it makes no sense that this doesn't show up in Pokèmon GO, for the size of our town we have far to few stops, and most my requests get denied even when meeting the criteria. I was the creator of the only community-contributed stop here, please help me help the local community :)

Comments
The current location of the Wayspot appears to be at the entrance to the building when viewed from Satellite View, so that would already be considered correct. Even if it was wrong though, and the Wayspot was moved to your suggested coordinates, it would still be Ineligible to appear in Pokémon Go due to sharing a Level 17 S2 Cell with "Piazza Sammichele di Bari". Each Level 17 S2 Cell is only allowed to contain one Pokéstop or Gym, and so anything else in that Cell can't appear in Pokémon Go.
Thank you for the suggestion you provided. Upon reading and actually double-checking my suggested edit, I'm going to go ahead and edit the initial submission to now move the marker to the very tip of the centre of the building from satellite view. I wasn't sure if to go by map or satellite view, upon looking at other posts I'll provide this better suggestion, which would move the stop to the next S2 cell. Due to seeing many close stops before, I thought there was some spacing rules playing into having distance between stops like in Ingress, just got my education straight thanks to your comment, thanks man.
