Mall enterences are not eligable unless they are able to meet the same criteria as any other building.
The only ones we have successfully gotten approved around here have been as "unique architecture". Sometimes a particularly colourful/unique archway at the entrance itself can qualify.

But I don't see anything of note in the above photos.
An entrance might be acceptable if the mall stands out for certain cultural or historical significance, but examples of that are rare and difficult to prove & validate. As noted above, if they meet architectural requirements, they could also pass.
