Are places where animals (cats, dogs...) Can stay while the owner takes vacation allowed?

No, I rejected them as generic businesses because they don't meet a single critierion.
The place itself, no. A thing AT the place, perhaps, but only if said thing qualifies under its own merit.
To put it one way, what acceptance criteria would they fall under? On their own merit, I see them as a generic business, even if the service they offer is a novel one.
