Initially there was two wayspots here, but some pogo players deleted the wrong wayspot, when the sign on the other side of the path was removed a long time ago.
Ideally this wayspot needs to have the photo changed to what is there, as well as the title changed.
The title of the wayspot change request gets rejected as well, because the photo is not being updated to reflect the changes to, Oakley Creek Walkway - Unitech Entrance

Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. Based on the evidence provided and our research, we have decided that it does not meet our criteria for edit at this time.
You are denying that you haven't even looked at the Google Street view link which clearly shows that Te Waka Mataatua isn't there, but a park signboard.
Recommended you review this
Cannot nominate the sign as a separate wayspot due to Niantic's adjacency rules,
Cannot delete because of Niantic's decision that it is a valid wayspot, even though it is clearly not there.
Therefore, again request re-reviewing the changes to this wayspot so that it matches what is actually there.

Wouldn't it be easier for you to request a removal of the invalid portal and then submit a new one?
I'd have to guess in a number of these cases that a removal threshold is probably close to getting hit or the wayspot is due for change anyway? Fixing it might actually be more work or trouble than an agent simply resubmitting the wayspot once other actions been taken.
