War monuments in graveyards

So I came across this while reviewing, I'm of the opinion that it's acceptable, it's in a nomination but it's a place people will be expected to visit, as other war memorials are. But I figured it would be better just getting a comprehensive clarification on this from niantic

That would be eligible per the guidelines but not for the typical reason of being as place people would gather (cemetery signs themselves being typically ineligible).
Cemeteries or Graveyards
- Acceptable: Headstones, statues or memorials dedicated to a historical figure, someone who is significant to the local community, or groups of individuals. For example, a WWII Veteran memorial.
- Not acceptable: Signs at the entrance of cemeteries, cemetery directories, other headstones or memorials (regardless of how visually unique or artistic they are), or funeral homes.
I don't think it's a stretch to consider a WWI memorial to be that different from a WWII one.

There are four war memorials in graveyards that are Wayspots that are within walking distance from me. I submitted two of them. A war memorial in a graveyard should be an easy thing to get accepted. I find them to be very interesting.
