As stated in my first post, this is a request to overturn a decision made by Niantic. Here you have the according email (linked in my first post as well...)
Is there any chance you could review this again with the additional screenshot i submitted?
try to create a new appeal. Niantic is often not sharing any attention to appeals already rejected.
