So there's a college I drive by on my way to work. It's in a business park - one of those spaces with mass produced buildings that all look the same and host a bunch of behind-the-scenes kinda work for businesses and more non-customer type businesses.
One of the buildings, though, is a college. It's a little medical college for things like dentistry, RN degrees, massage, and pharmacy work.
Obviously, it doesn't have a campus. There's nothing that would really draw people to visit it unless they specifically wanted to attend, no artwork around the building, no hosting community events, etc.
I'm guessing this is not valid just by way of being a college since it doesn't really meet any criteria for why colleges are valid POIs. Other votes?

Take some photos of the potential POI. I'm guessing it is some sort of commercial outfit, a bit like Computer Training companies etc, so it would probably be rated as a "Generic Business".
I believe what the person before me typed is likely typed will happen. Unless some thing can be nominated that firs the criteria, you are likely to receive a no if you nominate there.
