What do you do about parts/related stops

For example:
Church Building & Church Sign. If one is already a spot can the other be / do you reject the other?
Skate Park features and the sign outside saying skate park?
A slide is nominated when the playground as a whole is a spot.
A slide and swings are nominated seperately instead of as a playground
Are these valid/do you rate them lower?

Acceptable:
- Playgrounds in parks and apartment complexes: accept one nomination per play area. If a Wayspot already exists for the play area, mark the individual play structures as duplicates of the play area’s Wayspot. For example, there shouldn’t be individual Wayspots for the slide and swing set within a play area, but rather one for that playground overall.
Signs for locations/objects that are already existing Wayspots - Eligible, if they are a significant distance from the object or location. For example, a sign for a monument could be a separate Wayspot than the monument itself. If a sign for Wayspot is nearby the Wayspot itself, it can be used as a supplementary photo for the existing Wayspot.
(No, "significant distance" is not defined. It's up to user discretion to decide.)
So...
- Could be fine if they're a "significant distance" away from each other
- Could be eligible if the features being nominated are valid submissions. I would consider it akin to having a waypoint for a park and a waypoint for a playground within the park. Other users might disagree, though.
- No, not eligible, should be marked as a duplicate
- I would rate lower/does not meet criteria or as a duplicate if one is already accepted
