In the photo of the portal it is noted that it is a space with eucalyptus trees and with the mountain range in the right corner of the photo, so that this photo is applicable to the current satellite location that is attached, the trees do not coincide with the type of the satellite image nor with the Andes mountain range in that image.
Also, IF you see the photo satelital, you can see that the area is dierrente and doesent have the same characters that you see in my pictures
The portal MUST BE IN:
Real location: -33.2375050, -70.6757520
Someone change the original name "Tren en la Plaza" to "Tren Santa Elena" in order to validate his movement far away the original point. We changed it and they changed back...That portal is old and is far away, with pandemic I can't go for now, to make the 360

Have you been tried reporting the location through the app first? my opinion its that will be faster than this, and if they reject you could appeal it here.

Its really hard to choose, there are not a street view nearby to confirm it, in a first look its hard to me verify if is a private or public area, and I am not familiar with the place so if you have an opportunity to take some 360º photos and upload it on google maps will be a really helpful thing, and will be great to include it also in your appeal.

We haven't been able to go to the portal's place of origin since March. In the last Google update, the system shows the history of your photographs attaching the geographical location. Here is a video of that day that we visited the portal that was called "Train in the Plaza" and that was moved to a street far away

I have information to update the review of this POI.
1) A link to a 360 photosphere, whit GPS references, that was taken when the POI will be restored.
2) 2 pictures, whit GPS references, that proves POI real position.

Please, review this evidence, and restore the POI to its original position.
Also, if it is possible, take actions against wayfinders that validate the invalid movement of this POI, and for who made that request if invalid movement.
