Thank you for the location update, but you sadly haven't moved it to the coordinates I gave you. So it is still 30 meters off... I know google satellite still shows a building site, but one of the streetview shows you that it is gone already. So don't worry, my coordinates were not on the building site but correct. Please fix it, or do I have to open an appeal with the same info again?
23.254897,77.404909 the portal at its exact location is in center of traffic due to which it is inaccessible by agents and trainers both, kindly invalidate it move it slightly to 23.2550285,77.405053, this will ensure access to pedestrian players.

POI current location: 23.273117,77.370006, as indicated in images X is the current location of POI, whereas Y is the Actual location of POI, where X is 23.273117,77.370006, and Y is 23.272540, 77.369868.
The recent changes due to flyover have caused the POI to be in centre of traffic as apparent in google maps pic above, requesting you to kindly move it to 23.272540, 77.369868.
