They're not eligible as such though I would personally rate on one favourably if there's proof of it being award winning or something else tbat makes it stand out.

Not necessarily ineligible, but should be evaluated as any business would. Is there something that sets this campground apart from various others?
Nothing I could see on this particular one that made it amazing. Well reviewed on TripAdvisor and such.
