Duplicate proposal without being the same

Hello, I have come to make my first annoyance and disagreement with the wayfarer team because first I sent a proposal that was marked as duplicate, so I sent it again with a new photo and clarifying that this is a different proposal than the first one and that they marked me as duplicated.

This is the distance from each other, they are almost 80 meters apart, I am very annoyed with the team seeing that they do not properly review the proposals of the other players and this same one that they rejected, they rejected it 2 times. Now I want to know what to do because that place is suitable to be a wayspot.
I want to know if I send a third proposal or I give up there is no point in wasting nominations and having them rejected for not properly reviewing the proposals.
