Are squares/plazas eligible?

So I nominated the local and public square of the area I live in, but it was not accepted. Squares/plazas should be eligible since they are public gathering places with high cultural values. I chose the text "Tullinge Torg" (meaning Tullinge Square/Plaza, Tullinge is the name of the area) to represent my nomination, it's definitely unique, very cultural and you could clearly tell that the location was correct. I get if the picture was bad (even tough it's nitpicky), people live in the apartments to the side, but those should not interfere with the plaza itself.
My question is, what went wrong here? I made a 360-image, I took a more clear picture and put more effort into the description and extras, and nominated in once again.

Yoh need to post your description, supporting photo and supporting text. The satellite view and/or Street View from your submission would also be helpful. All I see here is a pair of words on a wall with no way to tell what they represent or why they might be eligible.

Description (translated): Tullinge Square was built in the 1970s, but wasn't finished until 1991. The square is an important gathering place for the people living in Tullinge, here you can find a library, citizen's office and a nice market during the weekends.
Extra: The square is a public gathering place that is both cultural and important. It's very easy to access and would fit perfectly as a wayspot.
What makes your plaza so unique? I don't have the best view in google maps, but it looks pretty standard to me. Some trees and outdoor seating.
When I look at the map, satellite, and Street View, it doesn't seem at all like what you've described. It just looks like some kind of shopping mall/office building/apartment building thing. It has a library, which is eligible and already in the game. I don't see anything eligible about the building itself or the property it sits on.
