My husband has upgraded a nomination and then he noticed that the map was wrong so he has withdraw... now he got an upgrade but the upgrade was redeemed on the withdraw nomination Is it possible to revert the upgrade to use on another nomination?

I believe he loses the upgrade
this is a flaw... if you lose our upgrade if you withdraw after promoting the nomination then the system should not allow to withdraw after promoting the nomination!!!
To clarify - was the nomination set as "Upgrade Next"? Because I had upgraded a submission and was not allowed to withdraw it even though I needed to because after upgrading it, I noticed that between submitting and upgrading, someone else had nominated the same stop and gotten it approved. This was maybe around the beginning of the month.
If so, I agree. If you withdraw a submission, that should knock the "upgrade next" off of it.
yes, the submission was already upgraded next status and I noticed a problem on the location so my husband withdraw it .... then he got the upgrade and it was applied on the withdraw one. So he lost all the time he spent rating...
