This image is where the coordinates of the portal say it is. This is the car park to the petrol station and shop.
This image is of the actual Portal which is across the road by the church.
Additional information: A simple check of the coordinates shows you it is in the car park. When it was originally submitted it was in this location, but Raffertys, the shop and petrol station have since expanded and the statue that is the subject of this portal was moved across the street by the church.
