Re-submitting public market building as unique architecture PoI.

Description :
Built in 2010 and started operating since April 2012, this building was inaugurated by (current regent's name). It consists of 3 levels with capacity around 900 sellers.
Reasons :
Insufficient evidence that the nomination accurately reflects the submitted real-world location based on comparison of the submitted photo and map views, The real-world location of the nomination appears to represent a generic store or restaurant.
Any chance for it to be accepted if I re-submit this as unique architecture PoI? Because it was considered as generic business on first submission.
The building can be seen from afar, located next to bus terminal. Unknown architect, no supporting URLs from local government.
Need opinions, thank you very much.

I don't think so. This is the clarification for "unique architecture": "Buildings designed by renowned architects/structures famous specifically for their architecture". That building looks pretty and eye-catching but there's nothing really, actually unique or of great significance about it from what you've said or how it looks.
If a non-local friend came to visit you, is this something you'd make sure to specially show them for its architecture? Probably not. Thinking of it this way may help you judge what sort of architecture is really unique.
Thank you!
@TorvoTeratos-PGO , what about malls?
In the first one - that blue and green patterning wrapping around that building. Is that painted on or is it a light display of some sort? If it's a light display of some sort, I could be convinced to approve it as art with the right submission.
The rest just look like regular buildings/skyscrapers to me, and I would reject them as generic businesses as well. =)
