Appeal of location edit rejection

Hello!
I'd like to appeal the rejection of the location edit for the rotary Pavilion Area 5. The request is to move the location to the south end of the pavilion, This in order to make the park basketball court just to the north a viable submission in it's own S2 Lv 17 cell for Pokemon GO!. The south end of the pavilion equally represents the location just as much as it does in it current location.
