Accepted Wayspot not Appearing in Game

I have a accepted wayspot not appearing in Ingress
Nomination accepted on the 21st September 2020, and is still not ingame (all below screenshots were taken today, 05 October 2020)

It is more than 20m from the other portals near to it, so it should have appeared in game
Can be seen on street view at the following GPS coordinate:

This may be better if you bring it up on the Ingress forum, as it seems to be an Ingress sync issue rather than a Wayfarer issue specifically.

We have reviewed your submission "Whale Tail Bench" and found that it's not currently eligible to appear in Niantic games as it is in close proximity to already existing in-game locations. Surely this should appear in Ingress. As shown by the screenshots above, the closest Wayspot is actually over 20m point to point. The screenshots provided still hold to date (this can easily be confirmed by visisting the nearest portal by the submission (Angel Wing Statue)). I only used PGO to submit as I was out of ING submissions that week already. Street view still holds as well.
