As instructed am making a second appeal since my photosphere at the incorrect site went live.

Photos to support your claim: This is where the sign actually is by a seating area. You can see the road in the background to reference that it is much closer to the main road than pinned. I had placed a photosphere there a while ago which is live at 35.7848003,-78.8279867

This is where the Wayspot is now in the center of this area in my shot. I am standing in the parking lot looking towards the building that is easy to see in satellite view. Photosphere is live at 35.7850222,-78.8286208
