This Pokestop was visible until a few days ago, and now it is "glitched". It is only visible in Ingress.
If you use the Go Plus accessory, you can still spin it, and even get gifts:

It is incredible the amount of errors that Niantic presents to your game, they should return everything to its place.
I agree with the above subject
The Pokestop is too close to another Pokestop, and therefore was removed from Pokemon Go. The GoPlus interaction is something they need to patch.
