Hi all
I know each nomination is community approved and the ‘general consensus’ is taken into consideration on approval or denial but does anyone know how many reviews a submission gets before you get a yes or no?

No one outside Niantic knows for sure. We do know that it isn't any specific number. Other factors are taken into account such as portal density and number of reviewers in the area. Also reviews by more experienced reviewers carry more weight than others. That said, this is info from half remembering, years old AMAs from the OPR (wayfarer's ingress based precursor) days. I could well be wrong.
