Hi, I can't send my reports, the button is no longer orange, but grey although everything is filled out. I can only press on jump to next.
Please Check.

Same here. It seems that you have the fill the "comment (optional)" line in order to send your review... even though most of the time, there's nothing to comment.
Not sure if a bug or intended.
