Tourist Signs

In my city a lot of tourist signs that points to attractions. Every sign is unique and it is not regular sign like road sign. Some of them I submited as a wayspot nomination but every time receive reject with a reason "Doesn't meet criteria" and sometimes also "real-world location is a restaurant" and etc. I submited it like touristic attraction point. When coronashit just started to spread I submited two signs which was accepted. Should I resubmit it and similar signs ?

I don't see how these signs meet criteria. Just because you got a couple of them accepted doesn't mean they were correctly reviewed.
While a set of tourist signs is similar to regular road sign, which are not eligible, if some of the attractions are already a wayspot and are something with a significant cultural/historical/etc value, you may try to submit a closer picture of that particular sign to that particular place and use this criteria :
"Signs for locations/objects that are already existing Wayspots - Eligible, if they are a significant distance from the object or location. For example, a sign for a monument could be a separate Wayspot than the monument itself."
That is only if the signs themselves are eligible on their own without any association with another Wayspot. In this case, they are not since they are just directional street signs.
I agree these are not valid.
For me what it refers on the "Signs for locations/objects that are already existing Wayspots" is different than street directions signs.
Like a plate for a church placed on the street fence and the church itself 25-30 yards into the block which is the actual building.
Interesting point.
Translated in english (Google translate), it would read : "Signs indicating locations / objects already qualified as Wayspots - Eligible, if they are at a significant distance from the object or location. For example, a sign indicating a monument may be a separate Wayspot from the monument itself."
It looks like the word "indicating" is not part of the english version. Therefore, I don't have the same understanding than @TheFarix-PGO and @Zoombie3000-PGO that it must need to be a commemorative plate or historical sign. In my understanding, if it's a sign indicating (from the french version) something already eligible/active Wayspot, then it would be eligible.
Maybe there is the same confusion in the wording in the native language of the OP...
Help > What makes a good Wayspot?
I am an Spanish speaking player/reviewer.... on the Spanish version of that text, it reads just as the one on English..."signs OF locations[...]"... without that meaningful word "indicating" as the French translation does...
