Move requests using the form...

I've used the form a few times to request moves. I've never received an email and today I've noticed a few moves have been made. Now I'm not sure if I would be informed of the moves or not but was wondering if anyone has used it and seen results?

Seems like it's been working unless somone else had submitted the same moves.
