Hey. If you have a lot of sumbissions on your "submissions" window and want to scroll through all of them, you will see a little lag and you are unable to see all of your submissions. Here are the three steps:
All:
Almost all:
Almost no submissions:
Like you can see on the scrollbar and the dates, there are three different stages. I have a total of 223 submissions and earlier, there only were two stages. To get all submissions back, you have to reload the page.

I agree with this. Once you get to a certain point in scrolling, it doesn't allow you to scroll back up to see your top-level submissions, you get caught at a certain level and have to reload the page. I agree this is an issue.
